Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
During any rare instances if you do not like our products kindly follow our policy mentioned below.
- Products can be returned within 2 days of receiving only if the packs are sealed, not damaged and without any external liquid spillage in any way.
- Our support team must receive and approve your return request received.
- Post receipt of your request and approval, a return pick up would be arranged at your convenience.Â
- In case if you receive your products damaged/opened, we request you to email us a picture of the damaged product, within 24 hours of receiving your order. We suggest to take a video while opening the parcel to avoid disputes.
- On Approval of your return, we will offer you an exchange or refund. You shall choose to get a full refund in the form of credit/ health points or get a refund on your original credit/debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable.
- Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded. Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the products back in unopened condition.

- All returns are subject to the discretion of thenaturalfood.in.
- Orders which are pending for shipping can be cancelled within 2 working days from the date of placing the order. Once the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
